At Renew Lab Inc., we specialize in custom and made-to-order 3D-printed products. Because of the unique nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to revise, edit, or replace any defective or incorrect items.

 

1. No Refunds – All Sales Final

• Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds, but we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your order.

 

2. Replacements for Damaged or Defective Products

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

• Provide the following:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

• If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item or offer a store credit.

 

3. Order Cancellations & Changes

• Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

• After 24 hours, the order goes into production and cannot be changed.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns on:

• Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items

• Digital files (if applicable)

• Used or altered products

 

5. Shipping Responsibility

• We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they leave our facility.

• If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers should contact their local post office or carrier.
